French President Dumps First Lady French President Francois Hollande has announced that hes ending his relationship with first lady Valerie Trierweiler following a magazine report two weeks ago that hed been sneaking off to see actress Julie Gayet for two years. Trierweiler is about to take a two-day trip to India as a representative of the country, but shes now undertaking it as a private citizen. Trierweiler met Hollande while he was still with Segolene Royal, his former partner and mother of his four children. Their relationship became public shortly after Royal lost her 2007 bid to become Frances first female president. Hollandes affair with Gayet was revealed when Closer magazine published photos of him on the back of a scooter visiting Gayets apartment. I dont think I would want a president who was content riding on the back of a scooter. Nor would I want a President who has a history of ending each relationship with cheating.
