They have to complete training period consisting of three months. After this period they are offered permanent employment with company. Job Description: A graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to requirements and understanding before making design decisions. A graphic designer works and develops creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the project’s objectives. Typical activities include: 1. Meeting team lead to discuss project’s objectives and requirements of the job 2. Interpreting the project’s needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose 3. Estimating the time required to complete the work 4. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts 5. Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of time and cost 6.
