Fresh Graduates Settlements Officer For Securities Brokerage Company Fresh Graduates Settlements Officer Jobs in Egypt and Careers in Securities Brokerage Company Vacancies in Cairo 2013 Job Title Settlements Officer Country Egypt Job Category Operations Job Type Full Time Description 1.Prioritize work based on settlement cycles and custodian deadlines 2.Maintain database of custodian sub-agent settlement instructions, updating and adding accounts in a timely fashion 3.Advise management of potential risk items (failing trades; aged break items‡etc.) which may involve a claim against the firm 4.Maintain up-to-date files related to settlement practices in each market in which the firm is trading on behalf of the clients 5.Assist with assessing custodian performance with regard to trade settlement processes and trade support performance 6.Establish relationships with trading brokers; assist in tracking broker delivery performance and service standards 7.Provide MCSD (Clearing Depositary) with the custodians feedback on the status of the outstanding trades 8.Send the daily Invoices to the custodian banks, in addition to delivering the cash of the sale proceed to MCSD and the custodian banks 9.Open account with the local broker & custodian banks in the region 10.Retrieve the cash statements with all the custodian banks and provide the accounting team with the details of the daily settled trades 11.Provide the trade support team with the status of the outstanding trades which are in the process of having any related issues with the market 12.Handle the cash settlement of the trades related to the firms custody & brokerage clients Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics…etc (language of instruction must be English). 2.Good command of the English language 3.Multi-tasker, with the ability to meet changing deadlines 4.Flexibility in handling new tasks 5.Effective verbal and listening communications skills 6.Manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload 7.Can work in a team 8.Efficiency Gender Male Education major Economics Experience 0 – New Graduate Years.
