Friday 22/11/13 800m Run 50 TRX Pistol Squat 30 Clean & Press (20/30) 10 HR Burpees 3 Rounds RxD: female 20kg/ male 30kg Run: No holding side of treadmill. No sprint starts Pistol Squats: single leg squat with bum lower the knee hight. Hands holding TRX band. Hips locked out at the top. Clean & Press: bar starts at full hang. Bar tucks under chin, and pressed above head with full lockout of the elbow and biceps covering ears. HR Burpees: Chest on ground. Hands leave ground for 1 second then push body up to a full jump and clap above head.
