Friday 6am yogis........ * Two weeks ago we learned double pigeon, and how to fit it to the athletes body. * Last week we did the same with camel pose. Dont let being an athlete keep you OUT of the studio. Yoga can elevate your performance in a hundred ways. This week I will show you what I call Yoga hacks , tricks to a few poses that fit an athletes needs: * Cant step your foot to your thumb when transitioning from Down Dog to a standing pose like Warrior I? I have a hack for that. * Have a hard time transitioning from a standing pose to plank? I have a hack for that, youll never believe how EASY it really is. Remember: its not a lack of strength that tends to lend to injury.... its usually tightness! See you Friday morning!
