Come have a Friday Night under the stars (or tent) With some wocked good food and brew m Course 1 MOLLUSK: LITTLENECKS COLD AND HOT the half shell guys get a little kim chi slush and the steamed babies are done up with corn, our own basil and chorizo BEER -THE CRISP: The original Sehr Crisp from Sixpoint. Brewed with noble hops for indelible sehr crisp flavor. Course 2 CRUSTACEAN: LOBSTER BALLS, smoked corn coulis, tomato-dill salad BEER – APOLLO: Bavarian Wheat, but with a clear golden brilliance and a Sixpoint twist. Course 3 WATERFOWL: LOCAL GARLIC SCAPE PESTO STUFFED QUAILS ON THE GRILL with heirloom tomatoes, Cody Creek snap peas and sunflower seeds BEER -RIGHTEOUS ALE: Made with Rye malt to provide a signature and distinct earthy character. COURSE 5 BEAST: BONE OUT SHORT RIB STEAK on the GRILL with broccoli rabes, grilled fingerlings, Chimayo chili-hop butter and black trumpet mushrooms BEER- RESIN: A beer that celebrates the extraction of hop resin for a concentrated yet balanced brew.
