You probably think you are simply protecting your position, but you are actually limiting your potential. Ease up on creating boundaries for yourself with a special goal. Although you may gain some measure of security or protection, and it may make you feel empowered, you could lose out in other ways. The more open you are to the possibilities, the more opportunities will fall into your path.
