Staying breezy across northern areas of the UK with some particularly strong winds across northern Scotland and the Northern and Western Isles. Winds lighter across the southern half of the UK. Cold across southern and central areas of England and eastern areas of Wales with lows of 3 to 5 degrees and cold enough for a ground frost.
