Cubed chili pot roast, buttered peas, mac & cheese, biscuits & sweet tea. *Cook 1 lg. Diced onion in 4T. Oil & remove *Cube 3lb. Roast & rub with 1T. Chili powder & 1T. Smoked cumin toss with enough flour to coat evenly & brown in oil. *Mix 1 t. dried celery leaves, 1c. Stewed tomatoes, 1T. Mustard, 1/2 c. Diced bell pepper & flour remaining on board & pour in just enough water to almost cover meat in DO. *Bring to boiling on stove top. *Cover then put in oven for 1 1/2 hr on 350* Stirring every 30 min until done. Serve alone, over rice or in tortillas.
