Friday night I received this email from the brother of an active member of our US Army. My brother was registered to run in the marathon. He is active duty Army and used his participation as an opportunity to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Foundation. Unfortunately, his unit was on temporary duty in Bangladesh on the date of the marathon. However, he is going to run the route on Sunday. He will be starting at 8a and hopes to finish in four hours. My question is: Upon completion, would he be able to get the medal? Please advise. Thank you. Frank M. Hobson Well...
