Fried Egg Sandwich. .....Today they will bury my Grandmother. When I was a little boy my grandmother would make the best fried egg sandwiches! We didnt have much when I was little but we had each other. She always encouraged me, she always showed up to watch me and she protected me. She was always strong and she wasnt afraid of much! She was a strong Irish woman who had to overcome so much adversity! Most people in my family dont really no what going without is because they didnt have to endure the really tough times but because I was born when my mom was so young and she had to support me by herself I was blessed with a few grandparents who stepped up and made a difference in a young mans life. ME. My grandmothers cure to all my fears, sadness and just because moments was her famous Fried Egg Sandwiches. Grandma I know your in heaven right now smiling down on all your family making a fried egg sand which! I love you and thank you for what you left behind ! Part of You!!
