Friends. I said this before. Prepare yourselves for inflation. Some of us remember inflation from years ago. All the indicators are there. If the Fed dumps cash in. Gross national product, if the Government goes 10% on that. Look out. People want more interest. People think they want the minimum wage to increase. Please note the percentages; Those that actually receive minimum wage. Look at why those receive minimum wage. We all would like more money. Lets earn our way. Entry level vs. Someone with experience. Level of difficulty or risk. Minimal difficulty requiring minimal wear and tear, minimal effort compared to others. We all have started and started over in life. We didnt start at top wages. Expect housing to change, sales and investment wise. Security investments will change. Big shift is coming. If anyway possible. If youre looking at a home purchase. Do it before the shift and dump by the Fed. Even if the lock in rate is a little higher than the variable being offered. As some of us have experienced. If inflation hits us hard, be prepared. If your variable rate sky rockets be sure you will be able to make that payment. Check me out on this if you wish.
