Friends, Two incidents happened to me today gave me clear signal that I need to log off for a while. 1) This afternoon, I was in Staten Island and was about to leave for Manhattan to attend an important event hosted by 2 high elected officials. A friend saved me from the unnecessary trip through a text message. Long story short, the event is tomorrow :). 2) Last Monday night, I had a meeting at NYU. I drove my car and parked close to the Verazanno Bridge and took the express bus from there. About an hour ago, I realized that I forgot my car there for 2 days. A friend is taking me to pick it up. Hope its still there :). I will go on a digital detox effective immediately for a few days. The only way you can reach me is through text or leaving me a message on my cells voicemail. Get back with you next week, God wiling. Meanwhile, take care of yourselves as well. Life can go on without you :)
