Friends and family, my Firm and I are currently filing lawsuits - TopicsExpress

Friends and family, my Firm and I are currently filing lawsuits against Takata Corporation (“Takata”) and Toyota Motor Corporation (“Toyota”) for personal injuries sustained by our clients as a result of Takata’s and Toyotas negligence, gross negligence, and products liability in their respective manufacturing and installation of defective airbags. The issue involves defective inflator and propellant devices that improperly deploy and shoot metal fragments into vehicle occupants in the event of a crash. More than 7 million vehicles in the United States are affected. The New York Times has published a report suggesting that Takata knew about the airbag issues in 2004, conducting secret tests off work hours to verify the problem. The results confirmed major issues with the inflators, and engineers quickly began researching a solution. But instead of notifying federal safety regulators and moving forward with fixes, Takata executives ordered its engineers to destroy the data and dispose of the physical evidence. This occurred a full four years before Takata publicly acknowledged the problem. The following makes and models are affected and you have defective airbags that could affect you and your loved ones.
