Friends, as you may have read a couple of days ago, back in Sept I was diagnosed with what is considered Stage 0 breast cancer. Moving forward, I am working on doing portraits showing the many faces of breast cancer. I am interested in doing portraits of people who are survivors, currently going through treatment or family (support) members who have been with someone during treatment. It affects everyone. So, if you are a survivor, in the middle of, or a family member (male or female) of a breast cancer patient - or touched by a patient - Im interested in doing your portrait with the intent of doing a gallery showing honoring Breast Cancer Awareness in the month of October... I feel the more awareness that is brought to the table... the more we realize its closer to us than we want to believe - the more people will get the preventative care that is needed... and sometimes its simply just a mammogram that could save their life.
