Friends, here is the recording of todays show with Diana Buttu and Jordan Elgrably on the currently Gaza-Israel conflict A Palestinian and an Israeli give their perception on the issue, and discuss potential solutions for a long term peace. Even though this show only scratches the surface, this gives a good insight into one of the most contentious regions in the world. Canadian-born, Stanford educated Palestinian Diana Buttu is a lawyer specializing in negotiations, international law, and international human rights law. She is also a frequent commentator on Middle East politics. Early in her career, Buttu worked as a negotiator on the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, serving as the only female negotiator during her five-year tenure. She was a fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Law School. She also held a fellowship at the Stanford Center for Conflict Resolution and Negotiation. Jordan Elgrably, one of the organizers LA Jews For Peace.
