Friends our new ED HR SRI gauri Shankar jee is pro staff and he wants to contribute in his own way to improve our service and working condition early sign is encouraging on first of may I had opportunity to meet him in his office and I requested him to process petrol and residential sff facilities to officers on probation also .as per my calculation this will require additional expenditure of around 3 crores per year . Secondly I requested him to facilitate same station posting for working couple in PSU banks Thirdly I requested that scale officers who have joined their place of new posting on 4th July 2011 should be also considered for transfer if any of them want to go back to area in and around home town He said he will do his best to ensure positive decision on all these issues after having a talk with cmd sir I am sure our majority officer association too must be pursuing all these issues and many more but I only wish both association should meet jointlywith the mmanagement for staff welfare issues .I am sure the day this will happen we can make pnb the best bank to work with . Our ED sir has requested us to emphasize positivity among staff members for better and quality business growth.on behalf of our friends I have assured him that our staffs in the field are all ready doing their best for business growth and if management takes one step forward towards positivity we will take two steps
