From Alexx Stuart - Real Food. What you’ll need! 45g (1/2cup) coconut flour 170g (3/4 cup) milk of your choice (I use oat or almond) 3tbl chia seed mush mixture in place of 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon aluminium free baking powder pinch vanilla powder and / or cinnamon (optional but very yummy!) coconut oil or butter, for the frying pan What to do! Get your pan on a medium heat and melt a teaspoon or 2 of non diary spread. Whisk dry ingredients together then add chia seed mix and milk. Drop 3 to 4 in the pan, allow enough room to easily flip over when you the surface is 3/4 covered in bubbles. Happy Eating
