Because when you get what you say you want, you may discover it involves a whole lot more change than you ever thought it would. For instance, if you really experience God’s unconditional love, you’re going to have to be willing to let God’s word of grace about you be more powerful than all your failures and all your successes. You’ll have to be willing to be healed of things in your life with which you’ve become quite comfortable. And you’ll have to be willing to let God change you from the inside out – including what you think, value and aspire to. While you know all of these are great changes because they’re God’s changes, you’ll also have to be willing to deal with the biggest change of all – the fact that you’re actually letting God direct your life. #GodNMe
