From DM Fergy: WTF!!! I am escorting the remains of PT.Allen,from the airport to Victoria...along with many other Veterans,and family of the Private...and we get into vic on quadra...and a cop pulls me over,forces me to pull over...(my 4 ways are on and flashing,and a Canadian flag mounted on my car,its set at 1/2 mass)...my car is the safety car,at the back of the escort, the cop watches the whole procession go by,the funeral car carrying (Pt remains),the cop pulls in behind me,flashes his lights(for a second,we thought he was going to help escort the procession, nope, he yells on his microphone((black mustang pull over NOW!) I am in shock...i pull over,he comes to my window,and I inform him((I am with this funeral procession, and escorting PT.Allens remains to the funeral home...his response ( what,who..well is it in a urn??) I said..its a body in a coffin..I am escorting with the family and other vetrains!) he didnt care...he became arrogant with alot of attitude...went back to fill out the ticket ($230) for a tinted plate!! He comes back to the car..tells me (I do not care the reason,if you had the cover off your plate,youd not have been pulled over)) i said(( i do not care about the ticket, you just pulled me out of a funeral procession...to give me a ticket for a tinted plate!! He said (doesnt matter,go take that off your plate !) I along with my passengers were sooo floored...this was the lowest,the most disrespectful thing...i have EVER seen anyone do...let alone a cop...on Remembrance day,while escorting a soldiers remains home. He just didnt care or show any respect...to me,the soldier and the family. Wtf!! I AM sooooo DISAPOINTED
