But the Canadian government is still trying to overturn the WTOs decision, and were working to ensure that the ban remains in place. With your support, well push hard to protect helpless seals from this cruel industry by doing the following: Pressuring the Canadian government to withdraw its subsidy and support—were mobilizing thousands of Canadians to let their government know that its citizens now overwhelmingly oppose the senseless slaughter of seals.
