From Stan Dyer ( who came up with this whole survey idea, months ago) Citizen Survey Question #19 - Do you think it is fair that the city has come out strongly in favor of the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act that limits smoking in front of business to at least 15 ft away from the front door, and has extended that distance to 25 ft. in the city, but, at the same time, does nothing to enforce this law, and people can be found violating the law in numbers on a daily basis throughout the city? Does this really evince the citys intent only to look competent, as if they are doing their job, with no real intent of enforcing the laws that protect citizens?
