From Sundays Keene Sentinel article, On Friday, the plaintiff in the case, Kulick’s Inc., filed a motion asking Kissinger to reconsider his decision. A hearing on that motion has yet to be scheduled. Mr. Plifka is obviously NOT listening to us. We know that some people are siding with him and everyone has a right to their opinion, but when 700+ people from the area your business serves asks you to back down and you dont, that shows who he is really looking out for. The Kulicks Facebook page claims that he is not getting the messages. If I had people upset with me on my business on Facebook or anywhere else, I would want to know about it. He is either hiding behind his staff or doesnt respect the community enough to even care to look. That is a problem. It also said to make an appointment to meet with him? If I had that many people upset with me, I would clear my schedule to meet with the community. He obviously doesnt put much weight on his customers. He is just trying to lure people in one at a time so he can tell his heart warming story of protecting other businesses and the community as a whole. We dont need your protection. You tried to protect us from Rite-Aid too and how did that turn out? We have tried to be nice Mr. Plifka. Now sir, the gloves are off.
