From: Umar A. Muhammed And the beats keep coming!!!! As I have been saying on Facebook corruption is all over the country. If this cop can be arrested for working with foreign gangs( Albanians ) who to say there is not U.S. federal intelligence agents working with and for foreign Governments and their intelligence agencies on that level. I am using local police as a gauge to judge whether or not this same kind of madness is going on at the Federal level. I believe because of the amount of corruption in the U.S. I cant trust anybody . I can bet you there are double agents, moles, and foreign sleepers in the U.S. Government . The reason I can say that because of the behavior and character of some of the United States citizens which is making hard for me to trust anyone. Remember citizens that is born in America is shape by certain values. Some people are good decent honest citizens but others are dangerous and unpredictable , and it is dangerous when you have those types of characters functioning in secret. A new Government agency needs to be born that can secretly attack all this madness going on in the U.S. Psychological warfare is a powerful tool that can be use to stop this madness . This new Government agency should start attacking the way the people are thinking that produces a policeman like in this story . This new agency should look for people who think like that policeman and start using psychological warfare on this person to change the way he is thinking . In other words, instead of dealing with people after they do the crime and put them in jail why not seek a potential candidate of doing a or particular crime and change his way of thinking before he do the crime. Preemptive attack on this candidate mind should be done before such a person do a crime.
