From a Kindred Spirit: For those of you wondering about the Ibuprofen and acetaminophen and why you shouldnt administer it: Those medicines are designed to bring down fever, but we dont know how or why they work to do that. One theory is that your body recognizes them as a poison and releases a bunch of enzymes to process it out as quickly as possible, and its actually those enzymes that bring down the fever, it essentially takes your cells attention away from fighting the virus and into fighting the chemicals. Now, fevers are beneficial, theres no need or benefit in bring them under control. Viruses thrive at body temperature, so when you have a fever, your body is turning up the furnace to a temp the virus doesnt like and literally trying to burn/kill it off. Everytime you bring the fever down, you are re-energizing the virus and giving it a chance to repopulate and continue its reign of terror. So, you take a little one, around age 3, whos immune system/liver are already damaged from vaccines , then you add a nasty flu virus for her little damaged immune system to fight, THEN you throw in some toxic chemicals and over-load the liver and kidneys and the little body cant handle it. I have 2 yr old twins, they are vaccine-free, antibiotic-free, tylenol/ibuprofen- free, never been sick with more than a snotty nose.
