From my blog at jen-fits-playground: Apple Pie Protein Snack Makes 1 serving Ingredients: * 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (ie Optimum Nutrition casein protein for nighttime) * 1/2 cup unsweetened all-natural applesauce * dash cinnamon * dash apple pie seasoning Directions: Mix the above in a dish. Microwave on high for a full minute. Then reduce heat to 50% and microwave for up to two more minutes (checking every 30-44 seconds). Drizzle with a little almond milk and enjoy! Nutrition: * Calories 162 * Total Fat 0.52g * Sodium 230mg * Total Carbohydrate 17.45g * Dietary Fiber 2.31g * Sugars 12g * Protein 23.02g
