Frustrated & Disappointed..... Last Saturday night at 10:25 PM kids threw balls at my garage doors and rang the doorbell at the same time make it sound like something terrible was happening outside. When I open the front door I saw kids running into the trail. I just let it go thinking it was no big deal didnt even look at the film. Well this past Saturday night my entire front house, door and Halloween decorations were mustard and egged. I cannot even describe to you the smell was a mess it left behind. I called the police filed a report and theyre waiting on my video tape. Spent all day yesterday either cleaning up or looking at video from cameras. I was having technical problems. Today I spent most of the day looking through video as well. I found it! Happen at 2:08 AM it took them 3 minutes and 23 seconds to do the damage. Its taken me two days to deal with this matter and it still continues. I had assumed it would probably just be kids walking around egging houses and I was the one who got hit. Here is the disappointing part a parent drove them here in a white SUV ( or some other person who has a license) it was 3 boys. This is vandalism not just your typical ring the doorbell throat toilet paper on trees ( Ive had that done as well). I have posted about the doorbell ring on one of the neighborhood websites and today kids confessed my son they had done it but they had not egged my house. Their mom had seen the post and ask them about it. Thank You Ive never allowed my two sons to wrap or a houses believe me they have asked me plenty of times when there were younger and had sleepovers. I want an apology....im not looking to get kids in trouble with the law but at the same time this just wasnt right....a lesson should be learned from this. Do we really want to encourage kids to damage other peoples property. We had to clean up the mess not to mention Im still having a hard time getting the stain off the brick.
