Ft. Elliott JH and HS music students participated in the Greater Southwest Music Festival on May 1 in Amarillo, TX. The students competed in vocal solo events and in vocal ensemble and in instrumental solo. For most of these students, this was their first time competing in a musical event. The students were critiqued on musicality, presentation, knowledge of music, and skill. The rating system is as follows: O=Outstanding - medal I = 1st Division - medal II = 2nd Division III - 3rd Division The following is a list of the participants and their ratings.
