Funny... 1. Lerner taking the 5th for 1.5 years. 2. IRS loss backups 10 days after being asked for them. The Law requires that they have backups 3. All staff hard copies where never printed and in the file. The requires them too copy and retain. 4. Confidential Information not allowed to be divulged where divulged and sent to the DOJ. The law requires that they should not divulge. 5. Email from IRS to the WH stored separately on another email system - for security - under the EPA servers located in Alaska!!!!! where lost at the same time for the same duration. The law requires they keep backups. 6. The DOJ has not responded to Congress on whether tonnot investigate the IRS for collusion, derelict of duty, destruction of information, obstruction, or anything.... 7. The WH has lost all logs of when Lerner and Holder visited the WH about when and how long and with whom. 8. The lawyer hired by IRS to present the information to Congress over a period 6 months speaking to hundreds of people and getting a nice big promotion afterwards... cannot remember a single name, description, title, or office of where she got her information. And has been a hostile witness about the congressional subpoena. 9. Not a single Democrat has raised a question and have been only apologizing about the Congressional inquiry to all that are questioned. 10. The independent award winning journalists (plural) have all been IRS audit and investigated by Holders DOJ with IRS information they are not supposed to have. 11. When Lerner was asked how many liberal activist groups investigated at the same time - 6 months leading up to elections - should couldnt imagine one. Tell me you dont have minimal scent of a rat? If they can a list of IRS staffers in IT and Audits - journey and leads (not supervisors or managers) they wont be able to keep a lid on it. BOOM!!!!
