Funny how youve been paying for the supposedly fastest internet speed and then find out you havent been getting it after all...good ole AT&T for ya...I only found this out yesterday when I called and told them Ive been comparison shopping other ISPs and that I had been thinking about changing because of the increase in price with AT&T. Not only are they really upgrading my internet speed but they also gave me reduced promotional rates on all my other services (we have everything bundled...Uverse TV, cell phones and internet) for one year. After all, we have been customers for way over 10 yrs. I think thats the least they could do. So, I guess that 30 min. phone call was worth it in the long run. Its just a shame that you have to push for something that should be a given. Oh well...always remember to smile. :)
