Funny this is the first time I am hearing of this. I do remember seeing the flag in a Minn. Country and Western Bar when I was in the Navy going to a school in North Chicago and was surprised. I also saw it in National Geographic article on New York City gangs. They were Porto Rican but both of these were in the US not overseas. I have long wondered when a certain element around the world will start to use the Confederate Flag as a symbol of resistance to the New World Order and in support of Tradition. I even fully expect to see it flow in Sub Sahara Africa for this reason. Picture in your mind a radical Left American President making a tour of Africa and Pro-Christian and Pro-Life Africans protesting him with Confederate Flags. It may not have happened yet but the South and our history is one of the only part of the country that resists the radical break down of Western Civilization and that has appeal worldwide including Africa particularly those that are pro-life. Remember you read it hear first.
