Further to the Viscount Down book and story: Walking around the Garden of Remembrance at the Voortrekker Monument today, on the Day of the Vow, I looked in silence at the Viscount Memorial. I do not know who all initiated, worked and contributed. But I assume Keith Nell and his book played a key role. So while thanks go to all concerned, Id just like to say that this beautiful and fitting monument to the innocent fallen of that terrorist atrocity would probably not have stood there, had it not been for Keiths book. So on that count alone, well done, Keith. I am sure the families and friends are grateful. Looking at the names, it is sad to see so many children and young ones who died. Heaven certainly gained many angels on those fateful days.
