Future Media is seeking a full-time Senior Ad Operations Specialist with a strong interest in internet advertising operations. This is a great opportunity for applicants with technical aptitude and a passion for independent blogging. Applicants with solid experience in Digital Media are highly recommended. Duties and Responsibilities · Work directly with Ad Operations Manager to perform all aspects of traffic management, including implementation, testing, deployment, delivery, and optimization of ad campaigns from clients and ad networks. · Act as liaison with CBC marketing team to test and evaluate new types of ad product. · Perform QA and ensure SL for all potential campaigns. · Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns by maintaining and distributing pacing reports. · Develop optimization strategies on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize both delivery. · Lead new publishers through the on-boarding process and assist with product testing and integration. · Create and assign publisher ad units to appropriate product packages. Desired Skills and Experience • Online publishing and/or technical support experience. • Very familiar with third party ad servers. • Must be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with online advertising on operational level. • Medium to advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, Flash or JavaScript.
