Fw: Statutes Frank Peterson: I feel I must respond to your emails to the top officials of Alaska Maybe they will be able to get around our arch enemy Bill Timme, However I must tell you about my dinner last night I was invited to a dinner at the Sushi & Sushi restaurant last night by a South Korean Embassy Delegation, when the boat dishes of sushi were placed on our table. There were many different types of the sushi. I thought of you immediately. You would have had a field day at this party. The Korean Veterans Chapter President had invited five of us American Korean veterans to this honor dinner activity. There were about seven ROK Vets in attendance. The Major General Of the Korean Air Force, including a few of his staff & his aid, who are here in Alaska participating in the Red Flag exercise, at JBER. also the Deputy Consul General and his aid were present Frank it was just a while back when the Korean Ambassador had presented about 60 plus American Korean veterans with a medal which were made from the scrap barbed wire from the Korean DMZ. It is amazing that the country of South Korea has not forgotten us, after 60 years. I dont think this General was even born until after 1950! What I am angered at and totally disgusted with,This continued crap fighting Bill Timme, I happen to be an original shareholder of an ANCSA corporation, and, that my own State of Alaska, where I was born and raised, has placed me into a segregated corporations, no different than the Blacks, had been. during the time they were owned by the owners of the Plantations. My reference for this is the 1987 ANCSA Amendment where certain of our Native rights have been amended away! I now know how the Black Soldier felt when he returned from World War II In reference to the State of Alaska and its laws and regulations, I believe that this state is a racist state second to none, i.e., 3AAC 08.315, False or Misleading Statements, which regulation applies ONLY TO ALASKA’S ANCSA SHAREHOLDERS no one else. As much as we have begged to have the officials of this state revoke this laws we have been ignored Shareholder have been lead to believe that as long as the stock remains restricted it is protection for them How wrong they are the only ones that are protected are the corporations their attorneys and directors they are not subject to securities laws. and the Sarbanes/Oxkly act has exempt them from being prosecuted for any criminal activity How Sweet It Is. It is baffling, but mostly saddening that our own Native leadership have become mislead by the Non Native Attorneys and Non Native Managers and who have become about as corrupt as their Non Native advisors. As a military veteran, a citizen of Alaska and of these United States, and an original shareholder in an ANCSA corporation, it is quite difficult for me to allow this type of treatment by my own state and country. I will not yield to the corrupt practices of our Native corporations, the state of Alaska or our federal government. At the rate these corrupt practices are going within our infrastructures, my children’s children and their posterity will be looking at our history in wonderment, if something does not change now. What we fought for in Korea to stop the tyrannical aggression of communism and dictatorship, I am sure I am suffering the same right here in my own State of Alaska. I am not, and will not be subject to the same.at home in my own State I will continue to fight for freedom. I have attached the famed patches of the Military units which I had served with I have served with, The most elite Military units during my time in the Military. I counted the days to the deadline...from September 30th...the work days, which I understand that you go by, ends on Monday, October 20th. Please advise me on your count. I dont understand your reticence in adjudicating my securities complaint, as a public employee, against Koniag, Inc., its directors and management. Would you be disposed to sending me a copy of your job description? Your expressed bias, in your responses to my email messages, toward ANCSA shareholders, favoring the ANCSA corporations, their boards of directors, management and attorneys, is disturbing, to say the least...and maybe criminal, at worst!
