The role is diverse in will tap into the candidate’s varied skill sets. This is an entry level position. Internally, this role will act as a trusted advisor to hiring field staff for national events, identifying hiring needs before setting and executing against the strategy. Externally, this role will help attract, engage, and retain top candidates, while ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process. The HR Admin will manage the hiring process for a variety of non-technical roles across the business. This is a fast paced, dynamic position that works cross-functionally across all levels of the company. Candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, is detail oriented, has excellent written and verbal skills, beats deadlines, is innovative and has a pleasant and friendly demeanor. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Human Assets. This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension and permanent hire. Training will be provided. Duties include: Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals across all levels of field staff Establish relationships with client groups and develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges and culture; use this information to attract top candidates Partner with Hiring Managers to write job ads and set recruiting strategies that include assessing internal and external talent, sourcing passive and diverse candidates and managing the flow of independent contractor referrals Attract, source and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail & excellent, timely communication with candidates, peers and hiring managers Track all search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting team Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as needed Support the recruiting function with all aspects of the recruiting process: Schedule a high volume of interviews in a timely manner (phone and onsite appointments). Help monitor interviews throughout the day Collect candidate feedback from hiring managers. Help manage and create an amazing candidate experience. Correspond with external contacts and internal independent contractors (hiring managers, directors, leadership team) in a professional manner. Minimize the impact of turnover by maintaining a pipeline of quality candidates as quickly and economically as possible Conduct onboarding and brand immersion sessions with staff Some travel may be required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 years of work experience required Previous recruiting experience a plus but not required Excellent organizational and project management, skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Resourceful, proactive attitude; ability to anticipate and react to needs of hiring managers&nbs p; Ability to work well with colleagues across all levels within the company Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
