GAMERS! Whats your opinion on VR? Closest thing we have at the moment is the Oculus Rift and Sonys Morpheus for PlayStation. I believe the Nerve Gear (Sword Art Online) Is possible. I think it could be like dreaming but with enhanced presence. I mean when dreaming, we dont have much, but some control over ourselves. So if the presence could be enhanced to have full control and also use our other senses in the game, very minimal amount as we wouldnt want to experience the physical pain of a car crash in a racing game for example. It would be a bit more realistic thats for sure. Somehow well need our minds to be manipulated for us to receive the images of the game in our dream/virtual reality. In Sword Art Online they used microwaves which could work but would also cook our brains. Our bodies would be rested after a game as we would be sleeping. Sleeping is a waste of time but if this VR is possible, it wont be. We would require some sort of battery life that gets lower and lower as were sleeping. So wed know when to wake up. I have plenty more theories/ideas that I believe in, but Ill stop here for now.
