GOD HASN’T CHANGED HIS MIND Many times we heard a clear word - TopicsExpress

GOD HASN’T CHANGED HIS MIND Many times we heard a clear word from God, then because of our human tendency of impatience brought on by the lack of an immediate manifestation we begin to doubt what we’ve heard in the Spirit. So many of us love to invest our emotions into our spiritual experience, it’s one thing to be spiritually emotional; but quite another to substitute our spiritually with emotion. Many in the Body of Christ have done just that and their faith and resolve suffer as a consequence. One way to explain this phenomena can be expressed this way “ If I don’t feel it, it must not be happening “. This could not be farther from the truth of realizing the will of God through hearing a word from God. “ We walk by faith, and not by sight “. 2nd Corinthians 5:7 This same phenomena concerning emotion is also applied by many when praying. If one cannot feel emotionally heightened they find themselves in despair and feel they’re not getting their prayers through. Again this could not be farther from the truth, why? Because God didn’t say ask with feeling, He said ask in faith believing. It’s one thing to petition and intercede, and quite another thing to communicate or have a conversation. I then spiritually charged emotion would be in order as we worship our Father God and as we converse with Him, this of course would be appropriate. CONCERNING THE WILL OF GOD (4) According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: (5) Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, (6) To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. (7) In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; (8) Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; (9) Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: Ephesians 1:4-9 KJV Knowing we are chosen, should settle our minds and resolve our faith that he will make known to us everything concerning his will which we do not know presently, “ according to HIS good pleasure which he has purposed in himself “. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13 KJV If God has sovereign plans for your life, and he will guide your through this life of winding and twisting paths, through the valleys and over the mountains to fulfill your destiny in Him. The principle of communication is key to realizing the vision and fulfilling destiny. We have a promise from God concerning finding His will and our destiny. (3) Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3 KJV Wait upon the Lord, he hears us when we pray, impatience is a parent to anxiety and anxiety is impulsively explosive because it causes radical emissions of negative emotions which hinder our progress, because asking in doubt based upon not feeling a certain way; fuels the negative emotions which sway us to become frustrated and angry. Think about the severity of doubting which is to fear and lack confidence which are dynamics of our emotional make up. The bible gives us thought criteria, if we think on true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and things of good report; virtuous and praiseworthy things, those things we’ve learned and received, seen and heard, the peace of God will settle us, sober us, and strengthen us to have faith and resolve concerning waiting for due season concerning his word and will for our lives.
