The rspca are not concerned with how the foal died, and wont remove it, despite it being on a PUBLIC footpath. They said call the council - this is a dead animal not a bloody wheelie bin, have some respect! Police now informed and are now getting Involved to force the RSPCA to do something. THE MARE IN THE PHOTO MUST BE THIS FOALS MOTHER imagine losing your baby then having to live by its rotting body. The RSPCA should be ASHAMED. Absolutely fuming does not even start to cover it.
