GW Silver Essence (OKW Bijan by *Aladdinn x Cryztalight (*Bask x Cryztal (*Czester x New Fashion (*Bask x *Boltonka) out of Miss Megabucks (Gdansk x Bold Brilliance (*Bask x *Kanossa by Czort x Canberra by Abu Afas) - my pure old Polish Arabian mare, foaled April 13, 1992 - 22 years old in this photo, taken with my husband, Brad, who didnt want to be in the photo but my cropping efforts didnt work and I like his smile here anyway. This was taken last night (10-9-14) after I gave her a thorough bath in the afternoon--and shes still kind of wet--so she is actually more white than this--I love this conformation photo of her, though, that I was able to capture so thought you might like to see it, too. She is also a rare bloody-shoulder marked Arabian--over the right shoulder. Silvie was purchased in March 2007, just three miles or so from our place, via an Internet equine ad, and came with her buddy, Kaiyanka (by Kaiyoum by Khemosabi x Talaena by *Talal out of Bay Enchantment who goes back to Bayanka (Bay-Abi x pure Polish mare, *Bachantka (Wielki Szlem x Balalajka - dam of *Bask), TWO times (sire and dams side) one of the three Polish mares imported years ago by Sheila Varian (*Bachantka, *Naganka and *Ostroga) as foundation mares for her breeding program at Varian Arabians.
