Game, set and match - David Walter!! Folks - you are all on the site to learn about the rights that have been stolen from the men and women of the Commonwealth of Australia. There have been reams of documents lodged on here with evidence prepared by David Walter and run through various courts. And every time new information has gone out, David has shared just a little bit more of the evidence. Today David gave me this document for you to read. It has gone to & been received by the United Nations as a criminal complaint under the heading - LETTER OF DEMAND TO BE PLACED BEFORE ALL REPRESENTATIVES OF ALL MEMBERS COUNTRIES OF THE UNITED NATIONS – FOR INVESTIGATION DECISION, AND ACTION. In this document, which I will discuss in points, you will see basic evidence to establish the following : 1. The Australian Government has sealed the Magna Carta - the English Constitution, under the Australian Capital Territory Self-Government legislation . pg 37 & 93 2. To be Sealed means to legislatively control and as this act belongs to the men and women of the British Commonwealth of Nations - that seal binds ALL those men and women to the statutory legislation of the Australian Government. 3. That therefore removes the Habeas Corpus Act from justice for you, I and all those other men and women of the entire Commonwealth of Nations. 4. The Crimes Act No 33 of 1973, statutorily deported every man or woman not born in Australia. That removed the Queen from the Crimes Act (& the Parliament). Pg 36 5. The courts of the Australian Government are created through the Admiralty Act 1988 - rendering all courts maritime courts. pg 57 6 No man or woman has any standing in a maritime court, as it deals purely with chattel which includes us. 7. The Australian Government itself is defined in s7.4 of the Maritime Act. pg 57 8. By sealing the Magna Carta - the Australian Government were able to then seal and control the Charter of the United Nations for Human Rights. pg 49 9. And the Statute of Westminster pg 50 10. Because the Australian Government was created through a new territory (map entry) in the Submerged Lands & Seas Act 1973, they operate on an external territory. 11. They therefore operate their courts through the Foreign Proceedings (Excess of Jurisdiction) Act 1984 pg 51 12. in those new territories - pg 99 & 102 12. through in rem actions, ie directed against property at sea rather than against a specific person. pg 57 13. Their organization is a body incorporated on an external territory, outside Australia. Corporations Act pg 65 14. All voting is done by proxy pg 66 15. Criminal Law (which in our Cth is common law) is applied in each states under maritime law through s1 of the Crimes at Sea Act 2001. pg 117 - 118 16. The exact same thing has been done in England. 17. COAG - is held to Agenda 21 - the Australia Act 1986 inter alia the European Communities Act 1972. You and I are being governed in conjunction with the EU legislation. pg 85 18. By sealing the Magna Carta, the Charter of the UN, the Habeas Corpus Act and the Westminster Act - the Australian Government through the EU connection has bound the human rights of every single man and woman in the world - no matter what country! It controls us all in criminal collaboration with the larger one world government collaborators. OUr Cth WAS almost lost. England is now controlled by the UK corporation through the Australian fraud. NZ - the same And the Canadian prime minister and the UK prime minister both visited Obama with Abbott. So it is safe to assume that those 4 person are also collaborators, particularly as Australia now operates through circuit courts - an american implementation. And never forget this simple fact folks. David still has not put out all the evidence he has. Make sure these crims know there is more AND worse still waiting disclosure.
