General Principles of Temporary Injunction :অস্থায়ী নিষেধাজ্ঞা ঃ Issue of temporary injunction or perpetual injunction is a form of specific relief. When a specific relief is granted by preventing a party from doing that which he is under an obligation not to do. It is called preventive relief. This relief is to continue until the specific time named in the order by the court.The relief is to its nature and does not conclude a right. The plaintiff of suit can have temporary injunction if he succeeds to make make out a good prima facie case has been explained to mean that a serious question is to be tried in the suit and in the event of success, if the injunction not to be granted, the purpose of filling of the suit will be fully frustrated and the plaintiff would suffer irreparable injury . Considering the prima facie case if the court satisfy then the court may allow the prayer for temporary injunction.
