Generally I find myself as behind the scenes type of gal - today that work ethic in my short career brings to me to post on Facebook. I am so proud of the team I have worked with and continue to do so. We have shared growing pains, learning new languages, terminology that a college education did not teach me, and more importantly that sometimes with good work ethic, perseverance, and amazing colleagues that even the small guys can pull it off.
