Getting a lot of requests for my monthly marketing services that begin on October 1st. I can only take 5 clients this first round. We are working hard to document the systems and models and while I build out the marketing team, the lions share of the work will belong to me. Right now, the monthly fee is costly. In 2015, we do plan to offer more customized A La Carte packages as well as upgrades to the existing package (database mgt, ppc campaigns etc). We will only take ONE client per area at this time as to not create competing agents. The package today consists of us marketing one website for you, optimizing for niches and long tail keywords, building out pages and IDX where appropriate as well as blogging, press releases, social shares (not ad campaigns), listing marketing, and video marketing through KW video (You purchase, We create) and videos you submit to us. We are creating an online presence for you. The right candidate for this service is a Keller Williams Agent (for now), has an existing website with blog (Wordpress /Point2agent/ Maybe Boomtown) or can marry eAgenC with Piggyback blog and Wolfnet IDX. The right candidate for this service has a monthly marketing budget of 3K a month or more and is willing to invest during ramp up time (4-6 months although leads could convert sooner). We have a dozen proposals out and many are waiting for theirs to be delivered. First Come first serve by signed contract. The first 5 begin on October 1st.
