Getting things off my CHEST!!!!!! How can I expect my kids to do right When they have seen me do so much wrong Taking a look back on my life Somethings cant go on The world we are living in Is starting to get to me Ive seen people blow through money While others live in poverty! We live to gossip about the next Hot topic Something new happens we drop it ( R.I.P Travon Martin ) Drop down on your knees and pray for better days Wanting a better life but still stuck in your old ways. Scared to watch the news It might be someone you know Am I the only one that worries? When is it my time to go! Losing our kids to the streets And they just dont understand They say the prisons are over crowed To me its seems they are in demand. Ive heard the saying before Our youth dont stand a chance Notice what you are doing wrong And try to fix it in advance. Sometimes I want to speak out loud But the words dont come out right Missing my kids on a daily basis Sometimes i just cry at night. Thinking of the world we live in now At times it just makes me Sad Didnt even know Alexandria Chery But the news of her death made me mad!
