God in Hinduism: ----------------------- Hindu God description is a vast topic. Limiting Him to Karma theory, as a punisher, a judge, a fearing God, means you are limiting him to a natural order to be followed mechanically without any life. Like Gravitational force obeys without any discrimination. God is not like that. God is a law maker, He can change his law based on his wish. This makes Him omnipotent, full of love, independent. Who can command the supreme commander? There is a loving aspect of God, which we dont know and it is not popular. God is a lover to be loved by devotees. He dances, sings, plays with devotees as done with Gopis (the innocent girls from Vrindavan). He is a good fighter -- like Rama. A judge with compassionate enough to forgive the worst enemy -- like Christ. He is dedicated to preserve his creation at the cost of anything, if needed He can throw his own knowledge Veda,Vedanta into dustbin -- like Buddha. Sometimes He plays the role of a devotee and searches for God himself -- Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Sometimes He take the body of fish to save the world -- Matsya Avatar. Sometimes Kurma, Vamana avatar are his divine leela. He can violate any moral order to save his people -- like Krishna told Arjuna to came in saffron dress(as monk disguise) and took away his own sister Subhadra. God can lie, God can hide the dress of naked bathing Gopis. God can violate his commitment, his promise for the sake of devotee -- Krishna hold weapon to kill Vishma even if Krishna promised not to hold any weapon. Can anybody imagine it? God is the both male and female. As a mother, so compassionate and loving that whatever the child wants she provides without even asking. People have seen Sarada maa is distributing medicines to the diseased people. Just a step from your side, divine mother will forward ten steps. Just a prayer, Durga will protect with her ten hands. God is the best utility, best friend, best mother, best father, best Guru, best lover, Human can achieve in his life. Liberation is a minor aspect of Hinduism. Playing with God is the major aspect of this doctrine where it is said The purpose of creation is to enjoy with the creator, not to go out of creation through liberation. Of course those who dont want to play with divine, they are free to drop the creation, become dormant.
