God knows Im not perfect. God knows that I of all people am not deserving of his grace. Ive hurt many people in many ways including myself. Ive been hurt by many people, in many ways. My hearts been crushed, my spirit dragged through the mud. Man times Ive wished the pain would go away by just taking me far away. Watching my moms battle for 6 years, watching my own battles and many times falling short because of my own choices, not what others have done that made me this way but the way I have chosen to respond has pierced my soul like a dagger to the heart. Ive been rejected, like Christ, many times over. The scars and the pain go deep when all you want to do is love and be loved. My heart aches alone but the difference is I have God by my side. I put my trust and faith in him with hopes of one day his true children will see me for who I really am. Though I smile, my heart is still on the mend and I search to find my place, a home where my heart may rest again. A companion who believes in God and whose faith is equally yoked in the same direction moving closer to him. I pray God brings me that everlasting love and until then its these chains on my heart and my life I have to bare. #Blessings to all
