Good Afternoon Everyone, Its a beautiful Fall day in Central Oregon and I have just made myself a deli-sh sugar free pumpkin pie spice cappuccino, Yum! I am giving a shout out to all of you who have kitties, Happy National Cat Day give your kittie a pet for me. Remember those cats who are still waiting for their forever home if you have room for one more. As I finish up projects for Central Oregon OATH and Soroptimist International of Bend today; I want to appreciate the trust that these two organization have given me. Each organization allow my heart to work for the good of others. Its a journey of passion, a need to help others, an opportunity to see others grow strong again and for my own growth and development. Never too old to learn as the saying goes...so I continue to learn and stretch myself into new arenas. There have been the days when I needed to put my big girl panties on and step over the line that keeps me non-confident and fearful. Some of those times have been victory and others times point to more refining of skills and knowledge. I know I will get there. I guess, I am writing this for those who have responded to me that they want to do more but struggle in stepping into the arena...just find what your hearts passion is and do what you can. It will make a difference to someone and in turn make you life enriched. I also want to shout out that two friend either wrote me on Facebook or have approached me that they want to get involved in anti-human trafficking work...you know who you are! You will do great and I know you will make a difference in this battle of such a terrible crime.
