Good Morning Crew Here is a video of the exercise for today and below is the format. Remember start light then build the weight as you feel comfortable. If you are not sure on technique come along at 4pm at Narrabeen or 4.30 at mona vale. Enjoy! Warm up doing the exercise you are about to perform. Do two warm up sets building up to the weight for the working set. Upper Body-Resting 1min-90ses between sets Tuesday A1) Incline bench press 5x3reps A2) Lying D/B fly 4x6reps B1) Bent over row 5x3reps B2) Standing reverse fly 4x6reps Standing D/B press x6 Australian row x10 (Pull up on Smith machine) x4sets Tricep push up 4x12 Standing cable bicep curl 4x12reps
