Good Morning Team DMC Happy Tuesday everyone. I woks you were with me now as I sit on the grass in rolling countryside with the sun on my face. Above me the sky is clear blue with the white whisps, lines and cross overs of the clouds drawn in the sky like some kind of abstract painting. Today started at 5am motivation, mobility, and music kicked it off. Tanked a couple of litres of water and dropped my vitamins and minerals. Stretching and activation next then 100 push ups to get the blood flowing and a sweat on. Now out for a chilled out walk and start to the coaching day. Off to Virgin Media at 8:30 to wrap up the end of this first phase of coaching. Next project is being designed today at a meeting with the production team. I know get the opportunity to inspire, educate and motivate all the team at workforce level. Then next week I have another important meeting with all the head of departments and the director herself to discuss my initial results. What a great project its been so far.
