Ø Here are the specifics about Saturday morning’s meet-up location for SVILC’s Disability Pride Parade in Mountain View: Parade Start Location is across the street from Subway at 701 W Evelyn Avenue, Mt, View 94041. Outreach shuttle drop-off on Hope Street at W Evelyn. Ample parking at VTA public parking. FREE shuttle service will bring you back to the Parade Start from the Festival if you choose. Attached is a pdf map of the location. Festival Location is adjacent to the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot at 590 Castro Street, Mt. View 94041. This parking lot is for loading and unloading only. Please DO NOT PARK here during the event. Parking is located one block away at Mercy Street and Bryant Street. Parking garage at Bryant Street and California. Ø Friday Parking at Trinity: There’s a Festival going on at St. James park, and street parking will be restricted during the morning hours. Please plan to park in the City lot at Santa Clara & 3rd - and get your 2-hour free parking voucher from Val, our wonderful Admin Assistant J Ø New Community Performance Scheduled: Thursday, July 25 – 9:15 – 10am: Showboaters/Cheer Squad/Hip Hop/Latizmo Troupes to Perform at Union School District Special Education Summer School, Oster Elementary, 1855 Lencar Way, San Jose, CA 95124. Please plan to be there by 9am. We will still hold regular Showboaters class from 11 – 12:30 at Trinity. Ø SJ Giants “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” Singing Performance on 8/16: Open to any student who’s ever taken a Concert Choir or Singing class at CAA. Free tickets can be requested at: sjdan2013.eventbrite/ Ø Summer Tuition Invoices Coming: Office Manager/Student Registrar Eliza Riley will be sending out all registered students their updated summer tuition schedule/invoice. If paying by a payment plan, August payment due by 8/4. Ø Tell Dean of Instruction Pam to ‘Break a Leg’: Next week Pam won’t be in some classes because she landed in role in a Hollywood film that is going to earn her her film-acting SAG card.
